Wholesome enough for breakfast, and sweet enough to also be enjoyed as a dessert. The combination of tropical mango pairs deliciously with granola featuring candied ginger. It feels like summer in a bowl!

I love breakfasts that are like good-behaving desserts. Don’t have pears on hand, so planning on subbing with apple. I can already tell I’m gonna love this!

So delicious, quick and easy. This will definitely be in my rotation.

This is heaven! So good!
I don’t know how is it possible to make it in 10’ though, any tips?;)
Only cutting and peeling pear and mango and preparing all ingredients took 5’
Loved the concept! It can be prepped for 2-3 days. And the granola ( I used v butter based on water, colza&karité oils and carrot juice) and ofc replaced cinnamon with pumpkin pie spice; lasted me for few more days.

Hey there, Luiza, so glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the feedback! We've increased the cook time by a bit accordingly. One key to the speed provided is to prep ingredients while others are cooking. This is what we were hoping to highlight in the way we structured the directions 😊

Nice to way of enjoying my oats in the morning. I put in a pinch of ginger powder because we don't have candy. Had to use frozen mango which worked really well. And didn't have coconut. It was still delicious.

Mmm love these ideas, Nicole! So glad that the crisp was enjoyed 🙌

I really liked the softened fruits because of the concentrated sweetness and flavours. I added ginger powder together with the cinnamon and fruits to maximise. I also cooked the fruits down to a compote, and it is so nice to have a warm base for the cold creamy yogurt. It almost felt like a dessert 🍨
Sadly, I am not a fan of the oat crisp; despite following stove temperature and mesure for oil, the crisp became burnt and oily.
I will use any granola that I usually prepare from PUL’s other recipes to pair with the fruits in the future

Absolutely amazing! I’d pay good $$$ for this in a restaurant!

Oh! A new favorite for a Sunday morning! I love how we could easily change the fruits and nuts for variety!
