Raita is a spiced yogurt-based Indian sauce that is often served with curries and roti. It's quick and easy to make and is similar to tzatziki. It can also be made with grated cucumber, but for this version, we used grated carrot.

Absolutely love it!!! It is a flavour experience, and the raita really elevates any main dish that I have tried so far🙌🏻

Made some of this to go with the Curry Oatmeal and the flavors paired very nicely!

I used the same recipe to make carrot and beetroot raita. For the beetroot raita, I replaced the carrot with beetroot, and it was delicious 😋It’s a staple in my kitchen, and we make it pretty much every day.
