there're better wrap recipes on here for me. Personally the lemon juice and chopped cashews overpowered the cooked mix. May try them again without them but with a mango chutney that I'm due to make soon.

I just made these and I can recommend eating them with pickled mango from the Indian store. It adds a nice sauce to it and also has a nice hot sour taste that perfectly matches this savory dish. Hey Miśka! We don't imagine these wraps will freeze well. Mostly because tofu can hold on to ice crystals with its porous structure, so when the wraps thaw they might become soggy. If you don't mind that, you can certainly still give it a try! We hope this helps for now!☺️

When I saw the ingredient list, I thought “This looks complicated”, but it was definitely a wrong first impression 😂. I love the mix of spices, giving the tofu filling such an aromatic, warm flavour that pairs well with citrus juice (I used lime instead of lemon as I thought it fitted better with cilantro). Not overly spicy at all. Nice touch with crunchy nuts or seeds in the wrap👏🏼. I will consider to swap the tortilla bread sometimes with pita bread, as well as trying the carrot raita

We’ve had this twice now and really love it. As it’s really tasty I’m sure we’ll be having it again.
Can I just say I absolutely love this app. I’m finding new things on it as I go along. The bake thing that lets us know the order to do it and what to prepare first is a great help. I found the timer button which really helps because I don’t have to go out of the app to set and turn off the timer on my phone. I can also tap the ingredient that I have used and it goes grey, so this means I won’t use it twice or miss it out. The shopping list is great too. I’m sure I haven’t mentioned everything but honestly, what a fab app. I’m loving trying out these meals and having you along to guide me. One of the best things I have ever purchased. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🥰🙏🥰

Thank you for the recipe! It is good and tasty. In the instructions though I would ensure to emphasise that tofu needs to be really well dried off, my wraps started braking and falling apart because tofu was still very wet.

Came together quickly and really delicious! The spices paired well with the tofu and tomatoes. A dip or sauce is a must to add some complexity in texture and temperature—I had a dip on hand, but will probably try one of the suggested sides next time.
