Absolutely delicious! Super easy, but so tasty! This makes plenty, so well worth the time!
I’ve prepared this recipe today. I did not have asafetida or onion powder so I used a small fresh onion instead, which I cooked with the ginger, and some green bell peppers (replacing chilli peppers!). I also added 1/4 cup of apple vinegar. In my experience, chutneys are always made with vinegar, aren’t they? The result was perfection! I loved the spices combination!
