Well, what a very pleasant surprise. I do enjoy celeriac, typically I use for soup. It was delicious in this curry. It cooks to a lovely texture. The recipe is pretty simple and as I didn't have green chillies, I used a couple of jarred jalapeno slices. I rinsed and diced and this worked well.

What a nice way of using celeriac, and I am not a huge fan of this vegetable 😂Perhaps a bit two much with 2 heads; I had to stop when I had reached 900 g of rinsed celeriac.
I really like that this curry is mild, but very aromatic. I can imagine that replacing one celeriac with tofu or legumes would add some extra variety of texture (roasted chickpeas, for example)

Super fresh and tasty. The ginger is a must.
Would recommend 100%.
I added some chickpeas for proteins and it blended well in. Enjoy!

This was a great mild curry with lovely flavours and such a good way to use celeriac. We only put one celeriac in which fit the amount well for us.

Very very tasty! Such a great idea with the celeriac! I added some tofu and swapped the spinach for chard, I love how your recipies allow for some creative adaptation :)

Very tasty curry but WAY too much celeriac. Half the amount would be perfect. I don’t think I can look another celeriac in the face for a while 😂
