Yummy 😋 I tried just the porridge without the plums and it was a perfect, hardy, and speedy breakfast. Perfect for using up the bulgur that I have left over from another recipe.

Such a lovely porridge with a nice autumn seasonal touch with sweet plums and cinnamon! I used semolina (mannagryn in Swedish; I hope that it is the correct counterpart) instead of bulgur, but it worked so well with the same volume of beverage. Creamy and aromatic! I did not use grapes, as the plum compote was sufficient, but I topped with almond flakes. Super!!
