An amazing way of preparing plums/peaches/apricots/plutos! The fruit melts so nicely and pairs perfectly with yogurt and crunchy granola I cannot wait to try with different granolas to see how PUL’s recipes can be combined!

Just made this with peaches instead (thanks for always giving substitute ideas because I don't think we have pluots in our country... or maybe I just don't know what they are called here - plums?) and WOW! Tastes like dessert but so healthy!! You guys make veganism so fun!
