Delish! I will be making this again!!
I used premade bulgogi sauce and subbed tofu for the veg mince (firm, frozen, defrosted and squeezed, and pan fried.)
Very tasty!
Easy and quite tasty! A great way to eat more veggies.
Soooo yum!!! And actually so simple to make! I’ve been wanting to try out rice sheets for a while and this was the perfect recipe to start off with. Love the textures in this recipe
These are really delicious! I made mine with veggie ground, and we had carrots and cucumbers from our garden. Definitely try these! 😍❤️
So yummy! I had never worked with rice paper, pretty easy. I can imagine variety of ingredients for them.
Yum! These were delicious! I, of course, had to add some avocado. I loved them.
This recipe is so fresh and delicious. I love it. The sauce on the side is absolutely stunning and goes so well with the roles. In which, I added avocado, and it was delish 🥰
We like these a lot but feel like we'd like them a side or with soup. They are delicious !
So excited to try these!
The sauce is absolutely delicious. I love me some summer rolls and these just hit the spot with the "meat". I have used shredded vegan "meat". Love it totally would be doing this again soon.
This is one of my favorite meals right now! It’s delicious. Super easy. Refreshing in this hot weather. It checks all the boxes. I use beyond steak tips for the beef and I’ve been trying out different greens, Tokyo bekana is a really tasty one if you can find it
This is a repeat recipe for me! Love it so much and it’s so easy.
Delicious dish and fun to make together with (little older) kids. We didnt have the sauces but I mixed mushroom soy, bbq sauce, go-chu-jang paste, ketchup and water to pour over the “beef” and we ate it with soy sauce and sweet-chili sauce which fitted both nicely.
As a Korean, I like to make plant-based bulgogi with mushrooms. It goes very well with any dishes like Bibimbap or Gimbap. I will definitely try this recipe, thanks for the inspiration!
I used mock chicken instead and it was delicious! I'm loving this app so much!
Where do you get mock beef shreds?
