Galère en cuisine. Trop dommage. C'est 300g de pâtes cuites dans la recette et non pas 300g de pâtes sèches. Je me disais bien que ça faisait beaucoup, mais je le disais aussi de faire confiance. Après tout ce ne serait pas là première fois que je serai surprise et que je me féliciterais d'avoir fait confiance. Et bien raté. Pas assez vigilante, j'ai cuit 300g de pâtes. J'ai gâché mes nouilles et le plat par le déséquilibre de cet apport en nouilles. Après m'être donnée tant de mal j'avais un plat bof et une quantité de nourriture gargantuesque. Je préfère ne pas prendre le risque de refaire cette recette malgré le super potentiel. Tant pis, ce ne sont pas les recettes qui manquent sur cette application

I fried the eggplant and tofu (crispy on all sides) instead of mock chicken and bell pepper. I have a lot of Thai basil from our AeroGarden, so used that as well.
Our go to when camping. Always nourishing and it smells so good!
I’m trying to go vegan, and this dish was a great start. I absolutely loved this dish, so comforting and delicious.
I added lime and pineapple for a little extra, and it was so perfect.

Loved this! It was peppery and sweet - we used a yam that we had on hand and I think it complimented the dish beautifully!
Very yummy! Swapped the “chicken” for tofu, added some mushrooms and was very pleased by how it turned out!
Loved the sauce but i will not make it with noodles again. Even with under cooking the noodles before adding them in the sauce, it became gloppy and mushy. I will definitely make the sauce again but serve it with fried tofu and rice 😊
