It was fun to make and the smell was great! However, my husband felt it was too spicy. As in too many spices used, and it took away the flavor of the veggies. Maybe less coriander?

I’m Dutch and this tastes the way I remember my mom making it, before I went plant-based. I did, however, swap out the Beyond Mince for Albert Heijn’s vegan stoofstukjes, which are more similar to the stewed beef in hachee :)

I only had the minced "meat" that you need to add water to available. Probably it's even better with fresh vegan minced "meat". I'm a fan of the potatoes!

As soon as I saw this, I marked it to try as it reminded me of corned beef hash we used to have as kids. It's better. Sorry my childhood self, but this is just perfect 🤤😂 Those crispy potatoes with the thick gravy is the stuff of dreams. I prepared the potatoes first, so everything was ready at a similar time and it was worth the bit of effort to boil then roast. Comfort on a plate!

Was very delicious, although a little too sweet for my taste so I added a little bit more vinegar and was great. Kids loved the potatoes 😊

This tasted amazing 🤩 Even my husband was shocked at how good it tasted, saying he didn’t expect it to taste as good as it did. Sometimes the simple dishes can surprise you. I will say I agree with another commenter that it was nice being able to create this dish completely from pantry staples.

Shouldn't it be 12 potatoes instead of 9? I'm wondering how that translates into 4 portions. Also, one of the photos in the cook-along mode shows 12 potatoes cooking, and the main photo shows 3 potatoes on a dish. Will make this later today using 12 potatoes, but I'm just wondering if the calories and nutrients are correct.

Just made this for dinner for my husband and I. It really hit the spot! So tasty.
I didn’t have small potatoes (used medium Yukon potato’s) and added 15 more mins when boiling them and it did the trick.

Very tasty! Surprisingly loved the clove and sweetness.
I don’t usually like Beyond meat, so used combination of finely chopped tempeh and cooked brown lentils instead. It worked out really well.

Really nice! I remember my granddad’s hachee containing a lot more onions (at least 1 kg), but I’m so glad this one didn’t 😊 I loved it! And my kids and partner were particularly enthusiastic about the potatoes, which were fantastic indeed!

This was a very comforting meal. Reminds me of a Swedish beef stew called “Kalops” that I haven’t eaten since I was a child.
