It tasted lovely! I used the scale method and I dont think 75 gram of boerenkool is right. You can easly use 300 grams on 1 kg potatos.

At first I was a bit skeptical. But that was absolutely delicious. We both ate the whole pot for four people because it tasted so good. We prepared everything exactly according to the recipe, only replacing the sausage with smoked tofu 😊
