This granola recipe really hit the spot for a sweet breakfast paired with some fresh banana, blueberries and plant milk. Cookies in granola? How have I not tried this before?! Needless to say we absolutely loved this recipe and it may even be a new favourite. Your granola recipes are all so incredible it's hard to pick!

I normally have yoghurt with blueberries, basil, cacao nibs and maple syrup. This with the yogurt and berries is my new favourite and a much more rounded snack.

Super tasty and great way to satisfy chocolate craving in a cleaner more whole foods way!!
I did not add the chocolate, but did add simple mills cocoa cashew crème cookies. I did not have agave syrup so used honey and more coconut oil. Delicious!
