I can't really comment on the recipe as a whole, because my salad base was just what I had at home, and I didn't make the pitas. But the dressing! What a beautiful dressing that is!

Really nice and refreshing. Light but still filling. Next time I would go with a smaller garlic clove, because uncooked they can be quite overwhelming. But definitely making this more often this summer!

Loved the dressing for this! I used my pestle and mortar to make it and that works brilliantly as well. Will say that the smallest of garlic cloves is advisable. The garlic adds a lot, but it's still raw and can have a bit of a bitter aftertaste. If it was roasted it would be perfect, so next time meal planning this when I make the roasted garlic potato pizza.
