If you're not a fan of the classic oatmeal texture, these oats are the perfect solution. The texture is incredibly creamy and rich, almost dessert-like. The tahini salted caramel adds the perfect balance of sweet and salty flavours that will tantalize your taste buds, and the fresh apple adds a crisp, refreshing bite.

So good!! The caramel is absolutely delicious and I loved the added texture and taste of the roasted pecans. The oats are so creamy. Awesome.
PUL Team - March 12, 2025, 4:54 p.m.
Woop woop! We're grinning from ear to ear hearing this, Puck, thanks a bunch 😊
Alicia - Feb. 12, 2025, 3:07 p.m.
Wow. This is delicious and hit the spot on a cold morning. I did heat the oats a bit in the microwave so the whole thing would be warm. Comforting and nourishing
Agata - Feb. 7, 2025, 10:01 a.m.
This is by far my favourite oatmeal ❤️ Absolutely delicious and easy to make.
Saskia Kuschmierz - Jan. 19, 2025, 9:21 p.m.
This dish has become my comfort breakfast. I prep and mix the dry ingredients with oatmilk in the evening. Kinda like overnight oats. In the morning I heat everything up and add almond butter (instead of cashew) and caramel sauce in the end. As someone else already said in previous comments, it taste really good with pear. Personally, I prefer it with pear as it adds an interesting texture in your mouth.
PUL Team - Jan. 20, 2025, 9:32 p.m.
Hey Saskia, sounds like such a cozy and delicious breakfast! We love the idea of adding pear for texture as well 🤗
Laura - Nov. 24, 2024, 11:29 a.m.
i warmed the porridge mix up which made it a bit thicker. the caramel sauce didn't really work for me, the tahini and water never mixed in properly (not sure what i did wrong there?) it still tasted delicious though!
PUL Team - Nov. 25, 2024, 4:24 a.m.
Hi there, Laura, it sounds like the porridge turned out delicious despite the caramel sauce not coming together perfectly! The tahini can be a bit tricky to mix - try adding the water gradually and whisking it in slowly to get a smoother consistency 🤗
Julia Swan - Nov. 10, 2024, 8:59 a.m.
I love it! Very delicious. I added a bit more rolled oats to have a bit thinker consistency. After blending I put it in a microwave just for 1 min to have it warm. As toppings I replaced apple with pear, because it was what I had at hand. Enjoyed my breakfast very much. Definitely will make it again!
PUL Team - Nov. 11, 2024, 4:08 p.m.
Mmm this sounds delicious, Julia, thanks a bunch for the ideas ✨
Sonya - Oct. 8, 2024, 6:15 a.m.
Im obsessed with the texture and the flavours are perfect for fall! A new fav in my books!
PUL Team - Oct. 8, 2024, 2:41 p.m.
Yayy so glad you're enjoying the oats, Sonya! 🥰
Nike - Sept. 22, 2024, 9:47 a.m.
Very tasty, veryyyy sweet :)
Alexandra - Sept. 10, 2024, 5:20 p.m.
Tried several variations of this recipe. My favorite is to warm up the oats after blending as some people here recommended. Delicious breakfast! Great textures and flavor combos.
Lauralyn Busekrus - Sept. 10, 2024, 2:36 a.m.
This blew me away. I'm not much of a sweet breakfast gal, but this made me change my mind. Delicious and so easy.
ecr - Sept. 8, 2024, 8:18 a.m.
Amazing. I had to skip the pecans and the apple for my kids (they are toddlers) bit flavour is amaaaazing…!
Earl Grey - July 29, 2024, 10:59 a.m.
I love this. It’s quick and easy. I think it gets better if you let it sit for 5-10 minutes after blending.
Wencke Rodig - July 11, 2024, 9:48 a.m.
Had it this morning, I cooked the blended oats as I wanted something warm, was delicious!
Elyse - June 9, 2024, 5:16 p.m.
Absolutely amazing! I’d been eyeing this recipe since January and somehow only got around to it now, but definitely will be making it on repeat! It’s reminiscent of green apple candies and saltwater taffies from childhood, only healthier! Great blend of textures and salty-sweetness!
PUL Team - June 10, 2024, 4:57 p.m.
So happy to hear the blended oats were enjoyed after the wait, Elyse! 🫶
Nicole Mostofa - May 30, 2024, 5:37 p.m.
I also heated up my oats in the same pot after making the caramel sauce. I enjoyed it. 🍎🥣
Karolina T - May 2, 2024, 12:01 a.m.
This is my go to breakfast on the go almost every day! I actually love the texture of the blended oats with chia seeds. Absolutely incredible and mouth watering. I was never into sweet breakfasts before but this recipe has converted me. Thanks so much PUL team 😍
PUL Team - May 3, 2024, 12:06 a.m.
Aw so glad that you're enjoying the blended oats, Karolina! Thanks a bunch 😊
Laura - April 20, 2024, 3:52 p.m.
Amazing 😍
Mara - April 13, 2024, 9:07 p.m.
Oh my god 😍 the salted caramel in combination with the pecans is divine 😍🤤 But I'm not a big fan of the consistency of the blended oats. So what I did instead was to make salted caramel overnight oats with pecans and oh my goooood. I'd be fine eating this for the rest of my life 😂
PUL Team - April 14, 2024, 1:10 a.m.
Ooo what a lovely idea, Mara! We're smiling from ear to ear hearing this glowing feedback ☺️
Viktoria - April 10, 2024, 11:03 a.m.
This breakfast completley exceeded my expectations. I didn't like blendend oats in the past, because I wasn't happy with the texture, so I soaked the oats in a few tablespoons of water the night before which led to a really smooth result even if you don't have a super high powered blender. Compared with the flavours and textures of the toppings, this was extremly satisfying. Please create more blended oats recipes! I am fan now :)
PUL Team - April 10, 2024, 7 p.m.
Yayy so happy to hear this, Viktoria! Hopefully we can share more blended oat recipes 🤗
Martunia - April 6, 2024, 9:32 a.m.
Made this so many times, and I'm finally adding my 5-star review along with some thoughts. I found that adding 40 ml milk more makes this easier to blend. Due to my personal weight loss goals, I also leave out the date and add a scoop of stevia-sqeetened caramel-flavored protein powder. I made the caramel sauce the first time I tried this recipe, and I can attest it is delicious. But I use a sugar-free store bought salted caramel sauce to sub it on a daily.
PUL Team - April 8, 2024, 3:54 a.m.
Thanks a bunch for taking the time to share your experience with the blended oats, Martunia 😊
E - April 4, 2024, 9:11 a.m.
Flavor is great, but blending the oats really brings out its gluey texture
Denies - April 1, 2024, 10:51 a.m.
This recipe is easy to make, tastes delicious and makes me feel nourished while satisfying my sweet tooth. I love it cuz I'm not a big fan of the consistency of overnight oats, so this is awesome!
PUL Team - April 1, 2024, 6:37 p.m.
Yay so glad you're enjoying the blended oats, Denies! 🫶
Manal - March 13, 2024, 4:47 a.m.
I wanted warm breakfast, so I heated up the oatmeal mixture. Therefore added a couple more splashes of milk until my desired consistency. The caramel sauce wasn't really that sweet, but maybe that is because I swapped maple syrup for agave? Will try maple syrup next time! Overall a pretty filling and satisfying breakfast!
PUL Team - March 13, 2024, 10:30 p.m.
Hey Manal, it's great to hear that you enjoyed the oatmeal! Adjusting the consistency with extra milk sounds perfect for a warm breakfast. Swapping agave for maple syrup might affect the flavours slightly. You could add more maple syrup next time to increase the sweetness 😊
Kristen - March 12, 2024, 2:45 p.m.
This was delicious! This will become a go-to for me.
Dasha - March 5, 2024, 11:49 p.m.
Dessert for breakfast, addictive caramel, smooth oats layer, fast and easy to make - just perfect!
Lit - March 5, 2024, 10:43 a.m.
Wow! Just wow! Tasty stuff, especially with that heavenly delicious salted caramel sauce on top.
Chloe Brook - Feb. 27, 2024, 9:13 a.m.
Last time I made this I thought the caramel was a bit too sweet, this time I adapted it, using 2tbsp of both tahini and maple rather than 3tbsp maple, and a bit more water (around 75ml) and it's perfect!! I also used tahini in the blended oats instead of cashew butter because nut allergy
PUL Team - Feb. 27, 2024, 11:02 p.m.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the blended oats, Chloe!
maria - Feb. 17, 2024, 6:56 a.m.
Yummy, but maybe a little too sweet. Next time I‘d make less of the caramel
Ashley - Feb. 16, 2024, 7:06 p.m.
Yum! Simple yet delicious. My sauce didn't get as golden as the photo here, but it was still a really good addition.
I had to make some substitutions for what I had around: raisins for dates, almond butter for cashew butter, and of course my flax mylk worked just fine for the almond mylk.
I have some sauce leftover, so I'll probably quickly whip up the rest again tomorrow!
PUL Team - Feb. 18, 2024, 4:21 a.m.
Hey Ashley, glad you enjoyed it! Your substitutions sound tasty and we hope you enjoy the leftovers tomorrow ☺️
Missy - Feb. 13, 2024, 7:46 p.m.
Interesting consistency—I’ve never had blended oats cold (without baking or heating) so that was new! It’s a stick to your ribs kind of breakfast! The tart apple helps balance the creamy and sweet flavours too. Fun to try!
Hannah C. Rosenblatt - Feb. 10, 2024, 12:05 p.m.
Sort of jummy slime 😅
Shelby - Feb. 5, 2024, 9:35 p.m.
I was skeptical on the blended oats, but this was so good! I made it two weekends in a row.
Michaela - Feb. 5, 2024, 4:02 p.m.
👍
Louise Magnusson - Feb. 4, 2024, 8:14 p.m.
Blended oats are so nice and this one is velvety. I really enjoy the crispy, fresh apple with the caramel sauce, but I think that I would like to combine the two components. One of my favourite overnight oats is the Apple Pie, and the caramelised apple as topping in that one is soooo good. My caramel sauce became too thick at first attempt, but I will put more water next time (and apple pieces to experiment🤓)

Aitor - Jan. 24, 2024, 8:50 a.m.
This is so good it feels like cheating! I wanted something warm for breakfast, so I made a “comforting salted caramel oatmeal” and wow, just wow.
Thank you so much for the app!
PUL Team - Jan. 25, 2024, 6:34 a.m.
Thanks for the glowing review and support, Aitor, it means a lot! 🙂
Kerstin - Jan. 22, 2024, 3:29 p.m.
Mindblowingly good! It’s very sweet, so next time I’ll pair it with a black coffee - but oh my god, that was to die for! I’m glad I mealprepped it for the next two days too!
PUL Team - Jan. 23, 2024, 5:18 a.m.
So glad it was enjoyed, Kerstin, thank you!
Melusine Parenteau - Jan. 21, 2024, 11:31 a.m.
It's sooo good! I was a bit bored of porridge but this one is amazing! Thanks :)
Kayla Hernandez - Jan. 18, 2024, 9:21 p.m.
This was so DELICIOUS!!! My sister went crazy over the caramel sauce. She even licked her bowl to not waste a drop of the caramel, and my sister never does that.... that's how good this is!
Firebolt - Jan. 18, 2024, 7:03 p.m.
The caramel sauce on top is 10/10, matches the oats and apples perfectly - worth the extra work. This will definitely become a regular breakfast, especially since you can make it ahead.
Małgorzata Rogowska - Jan. 16, 2024, 10:25 a.m.
Very tasty! I used walnuts unstead of pecans, but I can imagine it would be even better with them!
Luiza Alice - Jan. 15, 2024, 12:11 p.m.
Okay, I ate it twice ( made double portion. ) Both times was very bland, kinda like hospital food. Needless to say I love love you since I guess 5y? And can’t go a week without making your recipes- the other blended oats- with raspberries and chocolate I ate 4 days in a row last week !👌😍😋 Followed the recipe, since it’s a first time- only used rice-hazelnut milk, which is imo way better than almond milk, and added tiny dash of nutmeg for cinnamon, and I like nutmeg. Please, please! Start finally proposing alternatives for cinnamon, not everyone loves it, just like not everyone lives dill&brussel sprouts-but these are easier to replace or leave out. If you could revisit this recipe and propose maybe sth to add? ( like raspberry in the other great recipe?) I’d be willing to try it again though:)
PUL Team - Jan. 15, 2024, 7:21 p.m.
Hey there, Luiza, we appreciate your feedback and love! How incredible to hear you've been with us for 5 years 🥰
Unfortunately, cinnamon can't be easily replaced by other spices, though the nutmeg you used might be the closest option, it's much more concentrated so just a little pinch will do. In case you substituted anything else in the recipe, we find that the green apple and roasted pecans elevate the flavour of this oatmeal. For a cinnamon-free alternative, if you like raspberries, you may enjoy our Berries & Cream Instant Oatmeal if you haven't already seen it: https://www.pickuplimes.com/r… 😃
Linda Fe - Jan. 13, 2024, 4:30 p.m.
What decadence! It tastes just like a caramel covered apple with nuts that you would get at a confectionary shop. What a very special breakfast treat! I did not have a date, so I subbed in about 20g of raisins. What a great way to start the day!
PUL Team - Jan. 14, 2024, 4:58 a.m.
Yayy we're so happy that the blended oats were enjoyed, Linda, thank you!
