Jollof rice is a well-loved West African dish made with rice, tomatoes, onions, and spices, with different variations across countries like Nigeria and Ghana. Inspired by those bold and comforting flavours, we created Jollof Oats - definitely not authentic, but a fun twist on the concept! This savoury breakfast combines oats with tomatoes, chilis, onion, and red bell pepper, bringing a rich and slightly spicy depth. The addition of curry powder enhances the warm, aromatic notes, while the tomatoes make it extra juicy. It’s a great option for when you're craving something savoury and warming to start your day.

I see you use vegetable bullion in quiet a few recipes. Do you have any specific brand you prefer? The one I found in the grocery store has a lot of preservatives. Thanks

Hey Priyanka, we use the ones we get from our local store here, called Albert Heijn, it's their house brand, and sometimes we get a brand called Maggi. Any will do, though! The vegetable bouillon cube and water can also be substituted for vegetable stock or broth if that's preferred 🤗✨
