That was good, and pretty! The portions felt filling, and the combination of flavors and textures was great, the crispy beans were especially yummy and the pearl couscous in pink is very satisfying to eat!
It was a great combination of flavours and felt like summer in a bowl!
Didn't personally love the flavor combos (my brain has a hard time with cinnamon in savory dishes 😅). Also my couscous turned out kinda mushy, so that part's on me. May try this one again another week!
I marinated canned beets in olive oil, balsamic, apple cider vinegar, and salt. Used picked radishes and onions. Subbed spinach for arugula and left out the cabbage. Delicious.
Delicious and refreshing! Loved the cinnamon-cumin combo on the beans!
The tzatziki en pickled unions were really good but the rest was a bit bland for me and not very filling. Maybe I should've added more salt or some acidity.
I airfryed the beets and it added extra crunch to the bowl 😊
Delicious! Light but filling. Came together more easily than I thought it would.
Came together in exactly the amount of time predicted and was delicious.
I have made this recipe on repeat. It is perfect.
These ingredients work so well together. I expected that it would taste good, but it was delicious!
Takes a while to prepare all the ingredients but the result is super yummy!
Very surprised by this recipe! Really good :)
I don’t like butter beans so I swapped it with chickpeas. The recipe is good and easy to follow and easy to make.
A nice light bowl that paired well your potato salad recipe (dill family 😊). Loved all the colors bright to this dish. Added even more by getting Easter radishes and tri-colored pearl couscous. It was a fun dish for the eyes and tummy!
Normal couscous worked well too. I added a bit lime juice for a bit more acidity.
Love the recipe 🤩
Pretty good. Messed up on some steps but next time it’ll be better lol
Fresh and light but nourishing ☺️
🥰
My husband and I put this on wraps and it was delicious!
