Perfection. ❤️
🌟 RECIPE UPDATE: We’ve made a small tweak to our chickpea flautas to make them even more flavourful and a bit easier to recreate at home. The chipotle sauce has been swapped for chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead, which give the same smoky kick and are often easier to find. We hope you enjoy the updated version! 💛 xo, Sadia (2 July 2025)
I used Cholula chipotle hot sauce instead of the adobo sauce: the taste was great but they could have been spicier. Next time I will add more.
These are delicious and so easy to make!!
Really tasty and so easy! Even my partner and sibling, who are both normally skeptical of vegetarian and vegan food, both really enjoyed it, so an even bigger win!!! The dip and salsa were also lovely. Will definitely be making all of this again.
A question though — for those of you who have frozen these, did you bake the flautas before or after freezing? And how did you reheat them/bake them afterwards?
Simple, protein packed and delicious - what more could you ask for in a weeknight dinner? A must add to your weekly rotation.
These were such a hit! My kids (5 & 2) wanted them again for lunch the next day - a rare occurrence in our house! I modified the filling so it wasn’t too spicy for them & they loved it. I can’t wait to make it again.
Wow - these were incredibly delicious! We made enough for the next day and just popped them into the air fryer to warm them up.
For U.S. folks: I use chipotles in adobo sauce and chop four to five and add them to the mix with some thick adobo sauce. It turns out incredible every time - a nice texture and spicy kick that's different with every bite.
Really good. I make extra one and put them in the freezer before baking. When needed, just put them in the oven for 20min.
I used sweet potato tortillas and the filling went perfectly with them.
Wow!! This may be my favorite thing I have made on PUL. I had never made homemade salsa. The entire dish was so full of flavor. Curious if I can print this for future salads making.
Really good, so easy and so yummy. 🫶
Aight! As a Mexican from Mexico I approve this tacos. I been eating to do flautas but usually they are sooooooaked in oil and I’ve been wanting healthier alternatives to our food. I filled them with the classic fried beans, some with potatoes (it’s a classic filling in mx) and topped them with the salad mix and I added tofu sour cream and wow. The baking actually works. My husband really liked them too and he appreciates the healthy version.
Excellent, sooo tasty!
Absolutely delicious! I tried this recipe because it was listed as one of Sadia's top picks, and I was not disappointed! It was fabulous and will definitely be in my regular rotation! Thanks for the rec :)
😋😋😋
It was a success kids loved it and we enjoyed thank you so
Much
Soooo goodd. I only din‘t like the avocado dip with joghurt so much. I think i put to mich joghurt inside :/
Very delicious.
Delicious! I simply used one can of each bean: kidney and garbanzo and mashed together with everything else. Made six taquitos.
Cut in half, dip and crunch!
So good!
I actually made this filling for empanadas and it was delicious
Absolutely delicious! Hit with my picky kids. Great quick week night dinner.
What size were your wraps? I want to avoid using too large ones ☺️
So easy and quick to make with no fancy ingrédients (I omited the adobo sauce which I didn’t find at my local market) and still do delicious and filling! This is going in my weekly rota!
Thank you for the delicious meal idea! Didn’t think we can veganize this! Delicious 🤤 💕
Just perfect and rich. All flavours contrasting and combining perfectly
This is a heavy, filling, delicious dish! I love all of the savory flavors in this. I will definitely be making this again!
Just a side note- In the United States, it is incredibly difficult to find chipotle adobo sauce. We have chipotle peppers in adobo sauce or chipotle sauce that commonly has mayonnaise in it. If you have trouble finding this sauce like I was, then sriracha is a great substitute to use! It will make it taste slightly sweeter, but still yummy!
These tacos were perfect- almost disguised but like a layered deeply delicious innovative recipe- I’ve been coming my heritage Indian dishes for years and I’m always impressed with the flavor profiles Sadia creates ⭐️
Even 15 minutes is too long for this temperature. Got them burned 😞
Paired this with the PUL nachos and made both with my small children- great family night of delicious food!
Loved this!! Super easy to whip up when you have “nothing at home” 😂 Made the flautas by themselves. Unfortunately didn’t have chipotle sauce or red onion on hand but substituted for yellow onion and some more of the spices! Tasted great still ❤️
Absolutely incredible! My teenage boys loved the heat, super spicy with the chipotle adobe sauce. For my younger ones, I might skip the chipotle to make it more mild. I used whole wheat carb balance tortillas. Not sure if they are vegan friendly, but they worked beautifully.
I'm planning to make this for a while now but couldn't find Chipotle Adobo sauce at my local grocery store. Is there any substitute for this sauce, or can i use Chipotle sauce instead?
I put a little avocado oil on top of mine and used cassava flour tortillas. Delicious! Learned you have to roll and put in the oven immediately if using the cassava tortillas or they’ll break apart lol I constructed them and had them ready to put in while I bathed my baby…came back and they broke lol
Love it! ❤️❤️❤️
This is a great recipe! My kids love it.
Great simple recepie
These were so simple and delicious! Definitely going to be added to my menu rotation!
I had no avocado so I made a cilantro lime crema, I highly recommend 😋
These were SO delicious and simple. Which is great to have on hand when you don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen but still want something healthy, delicious and full of flavor
Love it
Great for a quick and delicious dinner!
Delicious and filling!
Yum! I prepped them yesterday evening and served them as a cold lunch today.
Loved them!
Amazing
It is delicious ! Loved it
👍👍👍
So goood 🥰🥰
Very yummy! This is officially the first vegan entree that my kids (11 & 9) have enjoyed and been willing to eat. I cut them in half and let them eat them as finger food.
So yummy! Thanks ! I love that it was super quick and easy to make and very filling
This was delicious, easy, fun and quick for a nice wow factor. Thanks for another wonderful recipe!
This one is amazing and so easy and quick to prepare. Everything blew my mind but I need to emphasise the avocado dip, this one is just wow. Will be making it soon again.
So yummy!! Everyone loved it, even the non-vegan folks 😻
Delicious 😍
I really liked this one. I think I will sauté the onions next time as I don’t like any crunchy onions in my food. With the adjustment, it will be a 5.
I just love this recipe. It is super easy and very delicious. Made for new years eve and everyone really enjoyed it!
Quick. Easy. Delicious.
Great for weeknight meal.
Went a little lighter on the adobo for the 7yr old but still enough for her to get a taste of this new flavor. She enjoyed it and we did too!
This recipe will be on repeat.
Great recipe! Took us back to Mexico for a moment.
Highly recommend! We left out the spicy sauce (as we don't like spicy food) and I can confirm it is still super flavourful and delicious.
This is what we have done with a lot of pul recipes, we just leave out the spicy and I can confirm that all the food still tasted AMAZING, so if you are worried about the spiciness just leave it out like us :)
Ok this recipe is amazing! It is one of a handful of recipes I will genuinely consider making after a long, tiring day at work, in lieu of takeout, because it’s that easy (specially if you have salsa and the avocado sauce ready) and also super tasty and satisfying. Also, love that this uses ingredients I almost always have at home!
This is e really quick and easy and super-delicious meal!!! Thanks
So yummy! Adapted this to be a sort of enchiladas verdes and it was delicious!
This was easier/quicker than I expected, and very yummy! The filling was too spicy for the kids. Luckily I had most of a can of kidney beans left, so I mashed that with taco seasoning for theirs and it was a hit for everyone!
Amazing! Loved by whole family.
Continuing my odyssey of the PUL app.... 😀 and this is another fab recipe that was a hit for tonight's Friday dinner. We agreed it has the perfect level of spice, tastes great and is filling. We're not vegan, so I added a little grated mozzarella onto the mix before rolling it, which worked really well. Vegan Mozzarella, of course, would be perfect, too. The best bit was that it only took 5 mins to make the filling and 5 mins to assemble the flautas. My partner loved it, so it's another one that will be added into the rotation. First time trying adobo sauce, too - we're loving the introduction to lots of new ingredients via these recipes!
A perfect weeknight meal. My entire family loved it, including my picky toddler.
100% recommend making! I couldn’t believe how delicious these came out. I’m most definitely going to batch make these and freeze for convenience.
Tasty. Felt satisfied after eating this.
Surprisingly easy and extreme delicious my husband was very impressed!
Super delicious! Everyone loved them!
These were super delicious, used GF wraps and they were a hit.
This recipe gets 5 out of 5 flautas! So easy but with a restaurant-quality vibe.
So easy to make. It was great for kids School lunch box, I just left out the Adobo.
Will definitely make again and try different fillings.
The flavor is good but I would try to substitute adobo sauce because I find it too spicy. The avocado dip helped with the spice.
Absolutely stunningly tasty!!!
Will definitely be making these on a regular basis. Thank you for another beautiful dish!
Enjoyed this one for an easy dinner and grab and go lunch.
Super simple. Super tasty. I think they’ll be perfect for when I next host book club.
First exclusive recipe of the app thar I tried, and I loved it! 🤤 The avocado-jogurt dip is so good, and I never had flautas before. It's always nice to try out something new 😊
This is the first recipe I have tried from PUL and it is amazing! So much flavor and a hint of spice. My son is a picky eater and even he gobbled it up! This is going on my frequent dinner list!
Just great!
My boyfriend and I never had flautas before and we loved them! They needed less time in the oven than the recipe says so I’ll keep that on mind next time I make them. They turned out so so delicious! 😍 Thank you!
I tried this recipe and it was absolutely delicious and was very easy to prepare. Lots of hidden gems in the app.
If it weren’t for your recent video, I wouldn’t have found it 😄
I made these tonight and I added left over sweet potato and red pepper and it was absolutely delicious and so easy!
Thank you for sharing this recipe ❤️
Delicious 😋
I Toasted mine in the air fryer. So easy and sooo tasty!
This seems so amazing!! Please add a feature where we can tag our friends and share recipes we like ❤️🥰🥰 would love to see this is in future versions of the app
Awesome recipe and the avocado dip was such a good balance with the Flautas!
I committed the onion to get my kids to eat this but it was a win because both tweens are the whole thing! They said they preferred regular guacamole but my husband thought the guacamole dip was a good accompaniment to this particular dish. I have so much missed eating flautas so I will definitely get some smaller tortillas so that I can make them like the recipe. I made mini burritos this time around 😂. Thank you so much!
Super delicious!
Oh my word, SO tasty!! Cannot get enough of them, all my non-vegan family member now keep asking me to make them these flautas 😂 And the salsa and avo dip are a must, they just add that much more flavour to the recipe and compliment it so well - love love love!!
So tasty!!
So delicous! We're making them in a mini version as Fingerfood this Weekend 😋
Amazing recipe, just keep an eye on them in the oven as mine cooked faster than 15 minutes and almost burned a bit 😊
Amazing, flavors were perfectly balanced, will definitely make again :)
Just a bit too spicy for me but the avocado dip helps and compliments it really well. Adding it to my recipes!
Very tasty and easy meal, especially with the avocado dip! Definitely making these more often
Fantastic! I only had plain soy yogurt on hand and so I used that as dip, and it was delicious. Definitely will make again :)
Amazing!! I didn't go grocery shopping, so I had to make a few substitutions (chipotle b!tchin' sauce and corn tortillas instead of flour), and these were a winner in my house.
These were amazing. The only problem I had was that our cheap forks couldn’t mash the chickpeas from a can so I had to blitz the filling in the food processor instead. Worked really well! Would make these again. I think the filling would also be good with cheese in some quesadillas!
Such a phenomenal weekday lunch! Ridiculously delicious and filling. QQ: Were folks able to find just chipotle adobo sauce? I ended up draining it from a can of chilis that were marinated in adobo sauce but then wasn’t quite sure what to do with the chilis after…
This is just yummie! Used humus in stead of the chickpeas (bought the wrong can 😁), and used a hot sauce instead of the chipotle.
The soy yoghurt in the creamy avocado sauce was overpowering the taste of it. So will replace that next time.
Loved how quick this recipe was!
So tasty! I left out the ketchup because I didn’t have any, and substituted 1/4 cup of Los Calientes Verde sauce instead of the chipotle adobo sauce as I didn’t have any of that either. Still so so tasty and easy to make! Going to refrigerate the 4 I didn’t eat yet and have them for lunch tomorrow and Monday. Will definitely be making this again.
Really delicious
Tried this recipe last week and the filling was absolutely delicious! I tried using both corn and flour tortillas so I would recommend the corn if you want something crispier but the flour is much more filling. To make them I used my air fryer at 390 F for 15 minutes and it turned out perfect, a new staple for my house :)
It’s a little bit too sweet for me as the ketchup has a lot of sugar in it. Will try again with sugar-free ketchup
5!
Delicious!
I didn't have quite enough chickpeas in my jar so I used left over Adzuki beans (I had to use as a substitute in the Tahini muffins) and then topped it up with kidney beans. The result was great and I look forward to making these again.
Thank you for another quick, nutritious meal.
Can’t wait to try this - Just clarifying is the chipotle adobo sauce the same as ´Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce’? Or is it more Chipotle paste? We live in UK and not readily found so going to order online.
Very delicious recipe!
These are a perfect lunch! Quick and easy. I made 6 servings and it gave me lunch for the next 2 days. They are really fulfilling and delicious. Such a great staple to have!
Would recommend it to those who love wraps but are bored with the basic ones. This is easy, tasty and super filling!
Wow! Way easier to make than I thought and delicious!! Super filling and very impressive to all my guests.
Delicious! Everyone in my family was skeptical and I was kinda afraid they were going to be too hot, but actually they turned out to be delicious!!
Super easy to make and super delicious! The avocado dip took it to the next level. My husband and I really enjoyed making them together 😊. Thank you!
We love it, it was delicious, I made fajitas for 2 days and since my husband finished his lunch the first day was dreaming and counting the time to have a lunch again haha
So easy to make and delicious! Served with a side of fresh corn on the cob and everyone loved it! Will be making this often.
Any tips on finding chipotle adobo sauce or substitutes for it? Curious if there are typical brands, etc., as I’m having trouble finding it. Thank you!!
Really tasty but molten hot on the inside, burnt tongue. Added sour cream instead of avocado which was great.
