2 Tbsp (10g)coriander seeds

2 Tbsp (12g)cumin seeds

2 Tbsp (1.2g)dried curry leaves

1 tsp (1.9g)fennel seeds

1 tsp (2.1g)brown mustard seeds

½ tspwhole peppercorns
-
1½ Tbsp (14g)ground turmeric

½ Tbsp (2.5g)ground ginger
Make your own
Directions
- Add all the ingredients (except the turmeric and ginger) to a medium pan over medium heat. Cook until the spices become aromatic, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- When cool, grind the spices into a fine powder using a grinder.
- Mix in the turmeric and ginger, and enjoy!
Storage
- Store in an airtight container or jar, in a cool, dark cupboard, for up to 6 months.
