Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the turmeric and ginger) to a medium pan over medium heat. Cook until the spices become aromatic, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. When cool, grind the spices into a fine powder using a grinder.
  3. Mix in the turmeric and ginger, and enjoy!
