I've seen this recipe multiple times on the app already and was always hesitant to try it because I wondered how a sauce with carrots could really be good or flavorful. Well, I'm glad I finally gave it a shot because both me and my husband absolutely loved it! Super yummy sauce and crunchy toppings!

Normally I don’t really like lentils in my pasta but because they were roasted and together with the walnuts they gave a crunch. Perfect recipe to use up some carrots.

Just incredible, like a healthy version of Mac’nCheese! I made a few modifications: swapped roasted lentıls with spicy breadcrumbs because I had them. But I blended in some cooked white beans instead! I am thinking to freeze just the sauce, might it work?

I had to be creative and had to replace some ingredients with ingredients that I had at hands. I replaced carrot with bell paper, carrot tops with spinach and walnuts with pecans. It turned out extremely delicious anyway! 🤤
Can we substitute the miso paste with another ingredient or simply skip it?
