Hey, I wonder if you could give substitutes for chipotle in adobo sauce? There's a lot of recipe that have that ingredient on the app and in the UK it's really hard to find, they used to have some in my local supermarket but not anymore

Heyy Émilie, for sure! For the chipotle adobo sauce, here in the Netherlands, we usually find it in a jar labelled "chipotle sauce" at our local grocery store. It’s most similar to adobo sauce in the US. Ours is made from chipotle peppers blended with water, tomato, vinegar, and spices (no mayo in the ingredients). If you can’t find it, you could swap in a hot sauce like Sriracha or Tabasco ✨
