Délicieux!!!
The only way I want to eat brussels sprouts from now on!
Also made this for Christmas and was a big hit with everyone!
Made this yesterday for Christmas dinner. By far the most delicious way I have eaten brussel sprouts. My family loved it too.
Made this for our Christmas table and it was a total success! I swapped mint for basil that I had and added fresh pomegranate seeds. Thanks for the recipe, team! ❤️
A delicious Brussel sprouts recipe! I really like the subtle mint flavor that makes this unique.
Made this for brunch and turned out well! We liked the sweetness and nutty taste. I had to cook for about 10 more minutes than the suggested time to get them to the desired consistency. I think I might broil them for a few minutes next go around to try to get some crisp on them.
🌟 RECIPE UPDATE: To improve the recipe, we’ve added some sweetness with maple syrup and removed some tartness by omitting the lemon juice. We have also updated the cooking method to make things more streamlined. We hope you love the revised version! 💛 xo, Sadia (25 Oct 2024)
I've made this few times now and it's delicious! Has a good amount of tang. A great way to make sprouts more interesting and edible.
Hidden gem! ❤️🔥 I have my new fav brussel sprout recipe
Once I made the following tweaks, I ended up really liking this recipe!
1) I needed to double the cooking time in order to get the brussel sprouts to the texture I like.
2) When you marinate the brussel sprouts in the sauce and then bake them, they lose a bit of their flavor. I ended up saving a little of the sauce and drizzling it over the brussel sprouts after they were done baking and that brought back a lot of the flavor that was lost.
3) I switched the balsamic vinegar for maple syrup which added a nice sweetness to balance out the tahini.
Loved every piece of this recipe. You guys are amazing!
May be not my taste. The dish turned out bitter and inedible
My husband loved these and immediately asked if I’d used our whole 2 lb bag of Brussel sprouts to make this recipe; I didn’t, and he looked more than a little deflated when I told him we didn’t have an obscene number of leftover sprouts prepped for the two of us. We did find them to be a little on the dry side, but think that making some extra sauce to drizzle on top would make them perfect for our personal preference. The sauce is outrageously good, before and after being baked, we might just make the sauce on its own for drizzling on other dishes.
Just made it - yum! 🥰
Delicious dressing and an exciting way to get my sprouts!
Made it tonight and wow double yummy 😋😋
Very easy to make and yummy!
Totally worth making. Pairs with couscous well. Super yummy!
Not my favorite but I don't typically love tahini. Also needed more cooking time. Not planning to make again although I could still appreciate the flavor combo.
My experience was similar to Emily’s, the cooking time was too short and the Brussel sprouts were not cooked through/ lacked any roasted flavor or consistency.
This was such a wonderful and easy side dish! We happen to have all of the ingredients at home and it was very quick to make too! Loved it!
Usually I’m not a fan of fried fruit but all the flavors blended really well together!
I felt it needed 10+ more minutes to cook. Next time I will use less lemon juice as I found it overpowering. Maybe I had a juicy lemon.
Super njommi! And so extremely easy!
I want to try this recipe, but was wondering if I could use frozen Brussels sprouts instead? :)
