I'm planning on making this for my dinner guest this week, only I'm reluctant to use cranberries since I can't find any that come without added sugar (which I'm trying to avoid). I know, they're kind of the star of the show so maybe it's blasphemy to even ask 😅 but do you have any recommendations for replacing the cranberries?

Hehe not blasphemy at all, Maria 😊 You could try chopped dried apricots or unsweetened cherries for a similar sweet-tart contrast. Chopped dates may also be a good option. Hope your dinner guest loves it!

Thanks a lot! I'll let you know how it goes 🤗

Quick update: we couldn't find any dried cherries so I ended up putting in fresh red grapes. It didn't quite bring the desired acidity but was a wonderful pop of hot, sweet fruitiness 😁

Made this for Christmas Eve dinner and everyone (all non-vegans) absolutely loved it!! I added a bunch of herbs and spices to the filling just to give the tofu more flavour (thyme, sage, dill, nutmeg, cinnamon, paprika, rosemary and parsley), and also added some pomegranate seeds for some brightness and zingy contrast. Paired it with the broccoli tahini salad - it was all soooo delicious!!

This sounds absolutely amazing, Emma! Love how you made it your own with all those herbs, spices, and pomegranate seeds - such a festive touch 🌟

Made this for Christmas dinner and it did not disappoint! ❤️ The onions I had were pretty big so I just used 2, otherwise I followed the recipe. It was delicious, filling and looked so cute and festive! 🎄

Tried this on Christmas Eve. The filling is delicious! Accidentally burned the top a little bit because of wrong oven setting. Maybe there’s a sauce you would recommend to pair it with?

Hey Dalia, aw thanks for welcoming the recipe into the festivities 🥰 This one would pair well with our "Cranberry Sauce" recipe. A creamy garlic sauce may also pair well too!

Thinking of making this for New Year’s Eve. Can you please recommend one of your salad recipes that could work well as a side? Thanks!

Hi Anka, aw, that’s so thoughtful of you to include one of our recipes in the festivities 💕 For a festive vibe, our "Arugula Salad with Candied Pecans" would work really well as a side next to this wreath. Or you could try the "Massaged Umami Kale Salad" - it’s a bit more savoury and features cranberries that would pair beautifully with this dish. If you’re looking for something lighter, our "Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad" is a fresh and vibrant option!

Delicious! My guests loved it, I loved it and I think it’s a pretty straight forward recipe!
