I thought I'd make a Friday night treat with this kebab and OH MY GOSH! Definitely my new favourite from the app! A kebab with no frying? I was a bit worried that my seitan mix looked dry; it kinda looked like that kinetic sand stuff, but of course I needn't have given that a thought! It shaped just perfectly and just steaming it gave it a good texture. I loved loading these up with veggies and making a proper mess, just like kebabs of old 😂 Fantastic recipe!

I’m not the biggest fan of this, but then I don’t like the PUL homemade seitan recipe which is similar. It’s very chewy and just a really weird texture. But with all the components together, the wrap did taste quite nice. Recipe was easy to follow.
