Loved it! Personally I prefer it cold and without any sauce. Very easy to make, would make again
Great recipe. Changed the mock ground with 100 gr of TVP soaked in veggie broth. Nice and festive
Best recipe ever! I’ve used Impossible Meat and it was great! Thank you again PUL 💖
I definitely need to remember to soak the TVP in stock first to make it taste better. I don't love the taste as is but am hoping when I try it again it will be better.
This was really delicious. It was also quicker than making traditional tourtière since I didn't have to make pie crust. My vegan ground meat was a bit dry so I added a bit of "no beef" bouillon and it all came together nicely.
Nom nom nom! Our family devoured this. Will become a regular meal here 😋
Delicious and fluffy. I crumbled up firm tofu as my substitute for crumbled soy if you can’t find it in stores.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sadia and everybody in the team! I hosted a fully plant based dinner party recently and included this and the pea basil pesto pasta as the main dishes. They were both HUGE hits with all the guests, who btw usually cannot imagine a meal without meat. It was a huge moment for me serving fully plant based for heavy meat lovers but it was a success. I just want to thank you all for these delicious recipes that enabled me to do that. Let’s hope together we’re making some changes in peoples’ hearts ♥️
Voll Lecker ! 😋
Easy to make and super tasty! Will definitely make this again.
I loved it!!!
I’ve been following you for years and I really love your recipes. I have 2 suggestions 🙃 please look into portuguese cuisine, there are already a lot of books recreating portuguese dishes but in vegan and I think you could get a lot of inspiration from there :)
Also, I would love to have a feature where we can upload pictures of our recreations!!
Have a nice year 🎉
Amazing recipe!! Just made it for NYE lunch for my friends and they LOVED it thoroughly. Some even packed the leftovers home. Thank you so much for always providing amazing, simple yet delicious recipes 😊 Happy New Year 🥳
This has become one of my favourites! Easier to make than I expected and tastes so good. I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it, asking for seconds despite feeling full already! Will definitely make again and again!
This was delicious and really easy to make.
This was incredible! And way easier than I expected. I didn’t have parsley or spinach, so I subbed with finely chopped Kale and that worked well. I used beef flavored TVP for the protein.
This may become a holiday tradition! Thanks for the great recipe :)
Very tasty! Will make again.
Big hit with the family during our Christmas dinner. This was very good
My first time hosting a Christmas meal and your Tourtière and sauces were absolutely loved ! They paired great with the lemony beans as well :)
This is probably going to become our Christmas tradition (unless you come up with an even greater recipe next year).
Thank you!
We traditionally have tourtiere for Christmas Eve and I'm so happy to find a vegan version! It's really tasty. My husband preferred the parsley dip (I made it with yogurt) and I prefer the spicy ketchup. Simple and delicious!
We made it for a christmas meal with friends. We all loved it. It's fast ans easy to make !
The sauces are super good with it !
We tried this out today because we want to cook it for Christmas. It’s really delicious and easy, I will definitely cook this again even outside of the holiday. Next time I will add more mushrooms, as it was a bit dry.
Funnily enough, I liked the ketchup sauce more than the Mayo sauce. :)
I will definitely make this again!
This is super tasty and pretty easy to make. The first one I made I brought to a holiday party, and everyone loved it. I haven't tried the ketchup based sauce yet, but the other one was great. It's definitely a sauce I would use again in other dishes.
We loved this in our house - it reminded me of english pies we had as children. We were a bit short on pastry so we had extra filling that, when added with a tin of tomatoes, made an excellent ragù for dinner the next day. Now that we live in Germany we are trying to find our own Christmas traditions and we have decided to make this our dinner every December 24th. Thank you!
Don't forget to add the protein when cooking mushrooms
Great recipe and fairly easy! I do think i will skip the ketchup/sambal sauce next time though..
